Getting back into it

Hello there.. So, I started with OMAD back in 2020 and kept it going until November this year, loosing 65 pounds in the process.. Then I suffered an infection in my leg with eczema, making it very difficult to keep fasting as I had to use steroid cream and anti biotics.. It wasnt a doctors order to stop fasting but quite simply my body telling me to start eating normally.. Ever since I've found it next to impossible to get back into fasting. I dont know why but it seems hard to keep my resolve. I would like to know what to do and thought you guys might have some suggestions ?

Agree with taking it slow. I was able to do ADF easily circa like 2019 lolLong story short it’s hard to go past OMAD these days BUT it’s entirely possible. I just gradually increased (a bit faster than 30-60’, fwiw) so it’s definitely possible!

I fell off my routine for a good 4 months and gained 30 lbs before I snapped out of it. I was in the same boat - just couldn’t get back into it.

Now, I’ve been back on OMAD, Keto, exercise for 11 days now. Weight is flying off, clothes are fitting better, losing the bloat. I’m feeling fantastic.

I just didn’t want to waste all my hard work and really it’s when I couldn’t fit new skinny clothes that I knew I was going to end up gaining everything back if I don’t stop.

That first week was HELL. By day 7 I didn’t want to leave my bed bc I had no energy. But got to get passed it.
