I don’t eat salad (TMJ), but there’s a group called Eat Like a Bear that started years ago based on a popular book… it’s basically OMAD, and it’s one big ass salad a day. Lemme tell ya, those folks have nailed the salad game! They don’t count calories (or believe in it), because you want to fuel yourself enough to keep your metabolism running high. So the salads are typically high on fats and protein. Anyway, the group on Facebook and the Instagram account are super popular and have tons of pics and recipe ideas. Might be worth a look. Also, some people in the group get sick of salad, so they make other stuff periodically, so it’s not only salads.
