Goal statement post

I am 23m, 6'0", and weigh 180 lbs. My goal is to get to 150-160 lbs by mid-summer. The plan will be 14:10 due to how my work schedule is, basically eat at 8 am (400 cal meal shake), 12 noon (400 cal meal shake), and before 6 pm (anything). The goal is also to keep this up on weekends unless I am eating out/with friends. I should also start working out more, but I'm better at giving something up (fasting) than adding something (going to gym). I'll do my best.

Kudos on you for committing to a goal! That’s always the first step.

A little bit of constructive criticism of your plan. What does a typical dinner look like for you? Because the reality is you’re probably not going to be able to get away with “anything” especially if you’re still eating out on the weekend. Unless you have a really physically demanding job, you’re only burning \~2,200 calories a day given your size. So you may need to be a little more diligent to achieve your goals.
