Going in at 110 hrs

Fasting is the only thing that is helping me lose weight. Eating small portions under 400 calories never helped me either. This is the only way. I am scared once I reach 100lbs I will gain it all right back. I am starting therapy also so that should help. Therapy never worked for my adhd but I remember it helped my weight loss back in 2015.

wait you weigh 100 lbs and are worried about gaining weight back? i am freaking skinny (i do occasional 4-6 day fasts but not for weight loss reason) and to me it sounds like you unhealthy relationship with food/weight.

coming off your fast make sure to support healthy gut microbiome. eat a variety of vegetables and other healthy foods. you’ll find that’s what you start to crave.
