Just getting some stuff out of the house ended up being part of my process as well. I am a boredom snacker, so just having that barrier of needing to make something and then the structure of IF really helped me to cut that down.
It also gave me time for my tastes to sort of reset from all the saccharine sweetness. I still love me some gummy candy, but it’s also noticeably sweeter now so I don’t crave it quite as much.

Only advice I have is make sure you’ve got a good plan for nutritious, satisfying meal(s) that hit your calorie range during your eating window.
