I like farro & barley. One of my favorite summer dinners is a farro salad made with the grain, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette with some grilled chicken. With or without baby spinach.
As I get the oxalates are the problem? Oat, Barley, Wild Rice, White Rice, Pasta, Couscous only things I know that are low oxalate. Also a good tip, if you decide to eat something moderate or high oxalate pair with high calcium foods (Dairy or low oxalate greens like Bok choy, Nappa Cabbage, Turnip Greens).
