I’ve had a setback myself from COVID staying indoors, and eating. I gained back 25 pounds over this year (but less fat than when I started).
I stopped making excuses and began rolling 48s. I told my doctor I took started fasting even though my medication required food. He prescribed me different medicine that required it to be less frequent (once every 7 days), so now I’m 48 / 48 / 72 a week. We will see how that goes :)
Drink lots of snake juice!
Once you’re ready to stop making excuses, it’s best to not eat on days back to back regardless if your routine is a 48, 72, or more.
