New to IF and this group. Today is day 3 for me. Please Forgive me if this has been discussed a trillion times already. So, I’m doing 16:8 and by noon (my first meal), I’m so hungry I feel like my lunch makes up for the missed morning meal. Then I feel guilt and all that jazz. Does this get easier and more balanced over time or is that normal?

Seeing that you’re on day 3, I would say to be patient. Now, if this persists for over a month, I would experiment with different eating windows. No eating window is better than the other, in principle.

In reality, the best eating window is the one that you can stick to!
