Guide for a beginner?

Hello everyone, as the title says, I am entirely new to dry fasting. My purpose is weight loss (20lbs in particular). I have been water fasted before but the result I got from it was not as I expect so I thought dry fasting would do it for me. I have gone and read some of the posts and the comments written in this sub but I still don't really get the hang of it since a lot of information is mixed up. How should I go about this in order to lose the weight and keep it off (I have experienced some yo-yo effects from dieting)? I'd appreciate if you guys could recommend me some routines for me to look into and try out. Thank you very much in advance :D

You can lose all that weight in this month of February… just do 3 day dry fast then refeed and then do anther 3 day dry fast and keep repeating this process the whole month! And when you do eat keep it low carb… you’ll lose all the weight in no time

Both water water and dry fast will help you lose weight. What’s going to help a lot is getting familiar food and what impact it has on you. For starters, stay away from packaged processed foods and cook your own meals. Stay away from seed and vegetables oils. They are pro inflammatory and will cause severe health problem. Cook with natural fat instead.
