I would consult with a physician about this. H pylori is very hard to get rid of, even with antibiotics. That’s why doctors do another test after your treatment to make sure it has resolved. I would go on the medication that your doctor gives you. I believe it is a couple of antibiotics and a proton pump inhibitor for a few weeks.
