I’m looking to lose ~3kg before Xmas and think that fasting would be a great option. However, whenever I’ve tried fasting I’ve found that I get so grumpy and irritable. Does anyone know why this may be and/or how I can fast in a way that doesn’t turn me into an ice queen?

I’d start with some shorter fasts to get used to it, and if you eat a bit fattier meals as your meal before fasting I find it helps to not feel hungry later on. I also got a soda stream and I find bubbly water when I’m getting hungry helps.. It makes you feel full
