Has anybody had your partner join you in IF?

I’ve been doing IF on my own for almost 2 months and I’m down 16lbs (yay!). Today my husband says to me ‘maybe I should try it, I have about 15lb I need to lose’. So we came up with a window that fits us both…but more his schedule. I think I’m going to go back to my window but that will probably complicate things as far as eating at least once together during the day. What have you done if partner joins along?

My partner and I always eat dinner together, but have different lunch schedules as his window opens before mine. He makes coffee for me in the morning, which I love and appreciate, and we’ll spend a few minutes in the kitchen sipping coffee and chatting before we each start work.

Dinner tends to be the most leisurely meal of the day for us so we made sure that our windows overlapped so we could do that, and it makes it nice to be able to end our day together like that, rather than try to carve out time in the middle of the (work) day to eat together.
