I just started Mira Pham’s workouts and I enjoy them because they keep me interested and I prefer longer routines to intense HIIT or whatever. Exercise is a minor additive to your weight loss; the diet is the #1 key that is within your control. Any movement that brings you joy and that you can do consistently is your friend!
I just skipped through a few videos and here’s my opinion:
It’s not an efficient way to burn calories or build or strengthen your muscles. But it’s much much better than nothing. If your goal is simply to increase your activity a little bit, then it’s good enough. If your goal is to lose weight, then your diet has to be on point because Eva Fitness will not help you burn a whole lot of calories.
With that being said, if this is something that you enjoy and can do consistently, then go for it. An exercise that burns 300 calories that you can do every day is better than a routine that burns 600 calories that you often skip because you don’t enjoy it.
