Just wanted to inform you that last week I was 180 lbs. I weighed in because I have a bet with my squash team that I will lose 11 lbs and hit 169 lbs by end of March. And now, just weighed myself, gained 2 lbs lol. So... yea hope you are having a better day than me...

Hey its okay, I’d recommend not to take a specific weight target in such short amount of time, rather focus on starting with right behaviours that lead to weight loss.

You can start with calorie tracking and gradually starting with calorie restriction; can start with 1800 cal/day and then decrease gradually to 1500 cal/day.

Weight loss only happens via CICO I’ve realised that lately
