I know it is frustrating when the scale doesn’t seem to reflect your efforts. Are you measuring your body stats too (chest, waist, thigh etc)? Also I would say take some progress pics to compare and maybe only weigh once a month perhaps.
Consistency is key, keep up the good work.
Swimming is a good upper body workout, you could be offsetting your loss slightly with some muscle gain. Also, you’re likely just holding on to some extra water. I ate junk food and drank alcohol for the first time in a while, moderately small amounts of each, and put on 10 pounds of water weight that took 3 days to leave my system. (Not saying you had a hiccup, just trying to provide an example) You’re doing great and being consistent, just trust the process and results will follow
