Healing teeth/cavities

Does anyone have any information about dry fasting and teeth? I’ve noticed small craze lines forming in a couple of my teeth and I’m wondering if dry fasting can cure it. Also if anyone has noticed cavities healing up. I’m gonna dry fast and find out but just seeing if anyone’s already had success.

Answer

Might. Gotta focus on remineralization. FWIW I recall rhonda patrick once saying she had a cavity confirmed by a dentist but couldnt work on it due to being pregnant so she recalled reading a study about xylolitol destroying cavities. She chewed xylolital every day for like 6 months and when she went back for a followup the cavity was gone.

You need lots of good food to fix those teeth. Follow grimhood on twitter.

I’ve heard of the Rhonda Patrick story the other user mentioned and you should def try chewing xylitol gum. I think staying hydrated is prob better for cavities. I’ve heard that ancient humans had less cavities because they had higher melatonin levels and chewed dandelions. Maybe something’s there. Also pay attention to your breathing and whether or not you are mouth breathing. So many people don’t realize they mouth breath and the consequences are insane.

I’ve noticed my teeth seem cleaner when fasting (wet or dry.) So maybe there are benefits with cavities.
