Hi I am planning on starting intermittent fasting and I was wondering is there an order on what I should eat first if I am going to eat carbs, protein, fruits, and veggies what should I eat first and why? Or it doesn't matter? And does anyone have an example of a perfect meal that would have all the nutrients I need?
