Healthiest routine?

Hi fasting community, which is the right intervals and schedule of intervals to get the most health benefits. I'm asking because I'd like to pick one of those to follow. I have been fasting for one meal a day and over the weekend. I think I can do any schedule so I figured I should do one of the best one out there. thanks for any assistance!

If you’re incorporating fasting into your life primarily for health reasons, and not weight loss, then I recommend, two meals a day, one at 10, one at 3:45, animal based (18:6), as your standard, but also incorporating some 42 hr prolonged fasts every other week, for metabolic flexibility. I personally do not see the benefit of fasting longer than that, besides for weight loss or spiritual reasons.
