Help

So I went to the gym and I been working out ideally I go to do boot camp style classes ie circuit workouts 1 minute intervals, I do it 4-5 times a week while I’m doing Omad. Today I missed a class so I decided to do chest and biceps. I found it easy to do bis (curl 55) mid difficulty but chest was difficult I was never out of breath but my arms were wiggling. I have 2 45 so 135 only pressing (pathetic I know) but idk is it the fasting

Answer

That’s possibly true. How well rested you are, eating frequency, what you’re eating, how much you’re eating and probably a bunch of different factors can influence your strength at a given day, and everyone probably reacts a bit differently to each of those things.

With that being said, I personally don’t really feel any strength difference between OMAD and eating throughout the day if I’m at a deficit though. If you’re doing this for the first time, I imagine that it’s natural to feel weaker until you’re fully used to it.
