I keep failing my fasts and I’m really struggling I get to about mid day or the 2nd day and I end up failing it’s really difficult because everyone in my household is always cooking or doing something with food they don’t like the act of fasting so I can’t be honest with them to top it of school starts soon and I wanna do this fast to look my best most importantly for myself but also so nobody wonders wtf I was doing all quarantine and to top it all off I take anti depressants and those increase my appetite but I can’t just stop taking them I get really depressed everytime I fail and end up eating to cope with it i need some serious help thank you for reading this and please leave some advice thank you 🙏🏼 I’m really disappointed in myself and I hope to overcome this and get by

You’ve got to push yourself. Motivation is temporary, it fails and flees. Discipline is key. I wish you all the best. I know what you’re up against and how hard it can be. Take it a day at a time. Or maybe try OMAD for a while. One Meal a Day will still result in weight loss, long as you’re not over eating. Best of luck.

Fasting is no different than weight training in a sense. Keep at it. Do your best but realize that the practice and failure is building your fasting muscle. There is a happy medium between “quit being soft” and “don’t be too hard on yourself.”
Jump back in and do it again.
