Do 72s once a week. Eat meat and fat during the week and work out. Push ups and squats.
Alternate days. Push ups one day squats the next, then back to push ups. This way you don’t get over use injury from hammering tons of push ups too quickly.
The 72s will help you drop more fat.Meat and fat is good protein and hormones.
If you want more, walk an hour a day.

Be careful with your heart bro. You could have some vascular issues right now beyond your heart that is rooted in malnutrition / drug use (NSAIDs for example can mess you up bad) and can take months to years of eating right and avoiding substances to really fix.
You need to post progress pictures somehow somewhere and get honest opinions from others about your body. I can’t imagine you being that tall at that weight and not being skin and bones.
It also sounds like fasting isn’t what you want to be doing. You should focus on building muscle. You don’t need a gym for that. Start at home. Can you do 100 pushups in a day no problem? Good, now do 200 a day. Do that first. Along with that you may need to eat more. Keep it clean. Mostly meat and some fruit depending just how much exercise you do in a day.
Get a better job. Go on a Facebook for your city and post looking for work, most places have those groups and if you’re persistent you can get a good job that can keep you fed with healthy food like meat.
You need to cut the little fat you have. I recommend, and I am not a doctor, to look up the spam and pickle diet on YouTube. It will teach your body to use fat for fuel. You teach your body to use fat and you intake enough calories to exercise. You don’t need a gym use those dumbbells and the floor. YouTube is your friend. But fasting at your weight seem a waste. Train your body to use its energy storage and work that shit off young man. If you’re tired of looking at yourself, do something about it. Because only you can. Be determined! Peace
Heart palpitations can be scary, but maybe you have PVC like me (premature ventricular contractions), it’s fairly common, like 30% of people have it, BUT, lots of things can trigger it or make it worse, such as bad sleep, bad diet, caffeine, exercise, stress, etc… BUT when fasting, don’t mess around with lacking electrolytes. Especially if it’s hot, you’re exercising, etc. Dry fast or no salt fast, you should only do if basically sedentary and home. Everyone is different, for sure, maybe others can do it, or have a lot of fat so they have mineral reserves, but you’re already skinny, and so be careful.
In terms of the weight loss, sounds like you know what/how to do it and have done a great job dropping down to your lowest weight. Congrats on that. I think the weight training is the only thing you are missing. It’s unfortunate that it’s expensive, but try your best to figure something out. Best suggestion I can think of is investing in a good quality kettle bell, like the ones Joe Rogan always talks about. Apparently there are tons of in home exercises you can do with heave kettle bells and you’ll get big and jacked 👍
You want a full body exercise program that you can do everyday for an hour to recomp your body. You could do push-up sets. Ideally you want to do 2min sets of pushups as many as you can while being in a push-up position and resting in the up position. If you can’t hold pushups for 2 mins. Hold as long as you can maybe 1 min. Doesn’t matter the goal is 2 mins. If you can only do pushups for 1 min do 1 min pushups and 5 min rests. Do that for an hour every day. Keep your rests always at 5 mins. Only change your time under tension until you get to 2 mins. If you can do 2 min pushups every 5 mins for an hour. Lower your rest to 3 to 4 mins.
