maybe you should try to write down when you’re hungry the most. For me it is in the morning so I eat and then I fast. Are you sure you’re drinking enough water? We often misunderstand being hungry with being thirsty. When it’s your eating window, try eating meals that keep you full. Don’t restrict yourself or you won’t be able to fast since all you can think about is the food you’re not allowed to help.
