Noon to 8pm eating window would seem to fit well. The important part would be to have dinner together, so make sure to factor that in.
And you can be a little lax on weekends if that’s important to you and your partner.
It really depends what they are comfortable with. Do they like breakfast? Do they want 1 meal? 2? 3?
Ideally…you don’t eat for about 45 minutes or more after waking, and at least 3 hours before bed…if it is bigger meals or shower digesting ones later….3 hours becomes a bigger number
