Help pleaseee

So I went through a p bad situationship last year and I still haven’t gotten over it. It broke off June 15. I have promised myself that I won’t be fat when that day reaches and it’s like a mental thing I rlly set myself up to. I’m 5’4 (163cm) and currently 180lbs (82kg). I started fasting the 15th, I was at 187lbs (84.9kg). So I just gave the backstory so you guys know how important and URGENT this is lmao. I want to lose 20 (44lbs) kilos and be at 64kg that day. Is it possible?? What protocol should I follow? I’m currently on the 37 protocol doing the 7 day fast then 500cal refeed. Thank you so much I’m desperate lol

No slow down you want to hit your goals but losing weight takes time don’t rush it I think 1-2 72 hour fast a week should be fine and on your eating days try to reset and build a healthy relationship with food because then your just going to go right back

Simple but maybe not what you want to hear, cole always talks about how people ask ‘can i lose X weight in X time…etc’ ‘how long will it take to lose X’, simply put just friggin’ start, if you wonder too much about the process instead of just doing it, you will fail guaranteed, would you rather be 5-10 pounds off your goal, or give up?

I suggest 3 meals a week. Small refeeds. 500 to 700 cals. You will lose almost a pound per day of fasting. Lots of walking will help. 3L of snake juice every day. You should loose that weight in plenty of time to meet your goal. 3 meals a week any way you want. Or try a variety. I was doing 2 48 and a 72. But other systems work too. That way the next meal is alway not too far away.
