Sounds good, but wait with B and eggs/last meal! I broke my 3 day today, with water and two bananas for breakfast, (my stomach always handles bananas supremely) but you got all the Keto guys on here though, who thinks thats the only way too loose fat telling you to stay off karbs, and preaching low carb for reefeed after fasting. I was out of Kefir, but after only 3 days you can drink Kefir straight away, at least for lunsj, and then bacon and eggs late dinner, or some greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts? easier for digestion, or just a litre of Kefir for calories? (I had lunsj at 14:00, got the shits and some stomach pain, too early. Cocoanut water is gold standard for drinking, get a litre in you after DFing.
Juices are the standard for breaking a dry fast. I believe this is so you can move the digestive system. Customarily people drink coconut water, pear juice, carrot juice, migrating to solid food much later in the day.
My body wouldn’t be happy with all that fruit (sugar) right after a fast, but I understand that everyone is different. Also, as mentioned by others, baking soda in water is great for coming off a dry fast, as is coconut water. Also cucumbers.
