I’ve been doing keto on and off since 2014 (took a 2 year break for pregnancy and breastfeeding), and have been fasting intermittently since March. Fasting was the what broke my keto stall and I saw the scale finally start going lower.
I still eat “lazy keto” and don’t track macros. I usually do an 18-20hr fast or OMAD, but I want to try a longer one in the future. My longest has been 33 hrs.
