Holding myself accountable

SW:200 / GW: 165 I did OMAD last year along with walking 6 miles 6 days a week and was able to lose 20 pounds in one month and 30 pounds in a month and a half. I was so proud and happy with myself. Long story short, i got too comfortable and gained back 17 pounds. Currently 1 day into a 96 hour fast. I work saturday, so i’ll probably have to extend it to a 110 hour fast so i can eat when im off. Ive been so hungry lately, i feel like i hit puberty again smfh

Hello, good luck to you! I’m new to this board and was wondering what you ate during your previous OMAD experience? Why did you decide to switch it up with a 96hr fast this time? Do you plan to go back to OMAD or do fasting? Thanks in advance, and I wish you well!
