Sorry. Triggers are the worst and always do me in as well. Brush your shoulders off, start over and get back to your routine. No reason to extend/punish yourself. Just get back on track. Learn what triggered you and think of strategies of how to handle it next time. This makes me feel better and in more control.
Heya, hope your day is going better, I want to remind you to check the measurements, my scale numbers dropped but also the numbers on the tape and that is even greater!! Be kind to yourself :) I’d recommend doing the usual time you do, don’t “compensate”.
