I’ve found a structured yoga class (hot or otherwise) to be too intense. I get a bit light headed.
Mobility exercises are ok for me. Finding my end range of motion and actively working near it for a few minutes feels really good.
Hot Yoga could be fine for you, it could also deplete the hell out your electrolytes. Make sure you are well topped off with water and salts before trying. Listen to your body.
Hatha Yoga is much slower, focused and less intense.
