I’m a serial snacker and have next to no willpower when it comes to resisting cravings. How/what can I do to keep myself from caving during these times? It’s the only thing that’s stopping me from properly fasting - I can’t even do an intermittent fast/OMAD because of it.

I worked my way up to a 16:8 window up to one meal a day. Basically, every day try to eat 30 minutes later then you did the previous day, and stop eating a half hour earlier. Shrink the window until you hit your goal. The gradual climb is more manageable for sure. That way you are slowly building the habit not to eat.
