so im like 5 foot 5 145 lbs. im pretty lean , but not as much as id like to be.
anytime i fast longer than a day or two. i cant sleep. and id like to be able to do 72s every once in a while.

im trying to build new pathways in my brain to beat mental illness-depression and anxiety and hopefully avoid medication. alsio im interested in general health and longevity and im a big fan of cole robinson.
id like to build a fasting focused lifestyle

should i just stick to like 24s or 48s or omad? or is there a way i can fast longer? i always end up breaking it at night and then get like 2 hrs of bad sleep, because i am not able to sleep so i just lay there.

will my body adapt if i just push it where i can fast for long periods of time when lean?

Are you not able to sleep due to stomach pains? They usually occur for me around day 3-4,I suggest just simply going to bed much earlier for those 2 days, it always helps me if I can get to sleep before any evening stomach pains kick in.
