How do I break?

So tomorrow I'm starting my water fast. What I was taught was to drink water when your hungry for like 2 weeks and I'll lose a lot of weight. So I always wanted to do this, but how do I break my fast? What do I eat? How long do I need to be eating that certain "fast breaking" food? Advice would be so awesome!

The answer to your question varies. A lot of people recommend that you start very light, such as drinking just warm broth a couple times a day and then slowly moving into vegetables and then fruit and then meat, etc. One guy I read said he just went right into eating regularly and had no side effects. I think it depends on your stomach and if it gets easily upset.
