How do I get an ass ton of calories in

I’m a tight Omad window where I can fucking sleep. Can anyone tell me as a skinny fit individual what to eat omad and shred up and sleep good? God damn stg I’m fuckin pissed off don’t sleep worth a shit and can’t cram enough god damn meat oatmeal and veggies in I’m finna shit out a tree

Highest cal densities are from fats…BUT you may want protein. So you’re probably looking at bacon, cheese, cream, full fat sour cream, yoghurts.

It’s very common to have insomnia when fasting…it passes. But it’s miserable when you’re hungry and can’t sleep at the same time.

I have ADHD so I’m pretty much 1/2 sleepwalking most of the time so even if I can’t sleep I can “kinda” physically settle down and “rest”.

Occasionally valerian root and other herbs help but they don’t keep me asleep. Lots of sleep aidsit there one may work for you…melatonin gives me hangovers :(

I’ve recently gone from eating OMAD and opened my window up a couple hours and haven’t really noticed much of a difference. I run/hike in the morning and afternoon fasted. Then around 5-8ish I eat ( about 8oz of protein, 3 eggs, veggies and fruit, Eat more if I’m still hungry ) then I’ll do a calisthenics workout. Get to bed around 10:30 and sleep like a baby. I’ve been eating in a caloric deficit for a while now and have been loosing a substantial amount of fat while keeping my muscle.

Why do you need to eat omad if youre skinny/fit? Whats your goal exactly? Peanut butter is high in fat and calorie dense and cheap AF. I couldnt imagine your problem, I have zero issues demolishing calories. Eat a whole pizza or something, half a pound of pasta carbonara.
