How do i Start.

So im 18 Years old and my weight is about 285lbs (128kg) and i finally want to change something. My Goal is it to get under 220lbs (100 kg) I want to lose as much as possible in the next ~9 weeks. I wanted to Start with water fasting to get everything on 0 and start after breaking it to count calories. So the problem is i dont really know how to Start. If i can start right now or if i should prepare for some days/ a week before i Start. Im happy about every advice of you guys (sorry for my bad english im german)

I didn’t consult a doctor. But I did learn that for me supplements and/or vitamins make me super hungry during a fast. Also, if I work out during a fast it will make me very very hungry. Everyone is different and that’s why you’ll go through a lot of trail and error to find what’s right for you. Luckily, while you’re doing it you’ll lose weight!

I would really recommend you going Keto for two weeks before starting a water fast. Keto will help you ease into Ketosis and will maximize your weight loss. It is also a very healthy way to lose weight. Next read De Jason Fung’s book The complete guide to fasting. It will teach you how to fast. Set a small goal (3-5) days for your first fast. Give your body a 2-3 day rest then go hard with a 21 day fast. Each time you break your fast-do so with purpose. Don’t purge on unhealthy foods break your fast with good fats that will continue your goals of losing weight and inches. After your 21 day fast I would recommend eating in a 8 hour window. I use the zero app to tell me when I can eat. When I finish my dinner I hit the fast button and I don’t eat for 16 hours.
