Sounds like an addiction… it’s not going to be easy. You really just need to focus on your goals and convince yourself that it will get better.
You have to embrace the withdrawals, you have to believe that this is your body detoxing and that you will feel better afterwards. That’s what it’s doing. It’s definitely not easy but trust me, it gets better. You just need to keep going, you have to win, you can do it. Uncomfortable situations will not kill you.
I believe it’s because you are not hydrated properly. Not having adequate magnesium, sodium and potassium,calcium in your feeding window, not having adequate fats, proteins, calories, water. All play a role together to improve hydration status. When you have them all dialed in, you will be able to suppress the morning cravings easier.
