You could time your fast to end around your workouts if they’re at 8am and say ending like an hour or two after at 10am.
If you’re looking to eat not long after the workout that is.
So maybe eat from 10am to 6pm and then fast from 6pm until 10am the next day.
And if you do decide to end your fast after your workout, do consume enough calories within your eating window.
I do 2pm to 8pm eating, but may push it back an hour so I could be done at 7pm, anyways, then I fast from 8pm till 2pm or a little past it if work gets busy.
Workout when I get home from work then have my last meal.
Just time it to fit your lifestyle.
