How keep mind occupied?

Been fasting again . I'm attempting to roll 48s and work my way into 72s. My biggest downfall is caving to my hunger pangs. I know the whole science behind the so called hunger and that it's just my body's response to an eating scedule. The hard part comes at the 24th hour. I'll be fine the entire day but right after I get off of work at midnight and drive home I'm hit with ravenous hunger. For clarity I am a 331 6 foot 2 Male . My goal weight is 200 for the time being . Any suggestions?

Answer

Snake juice does help but honestly sometimes you just have to power through it. The more you fast the easier it becomes. And when you do eat make it a point to avoid ultra tasty carbs. Go for loads of protein and some fats first i.e. steak and eggs or similar.

Consider the possibility that snake diet may not be for you after all. For various reasons, I need to exercise intensely every day and I just can’t do that with overnight fasts, so I’m sticking to OMAD for now.

How long have you been at it? Sounds like you did some fasting in the past. It’s rarely easy, but it’s less difficult the more you do it.

I’ve mostly done extended fasts of three to seven days in the past. In January, I was trying OMAD for the first time and it just felt like eating every day wasn’t working for me as I’d cave early in the afternoon sometimes thinking, “screw it, I was going to eat in a few hours anyway.” Now I’m trying ADF and yesterday wasn’t too much trouble. I’ll eat later today and fast again tomorrow.
