Started a fasting program on January 1st after falling off the wagon since COVID started. SW was 210lbs - I cycle through 16, 32, and 64 hour fasts, and have lost some 20 pounds as of today.
I used to be able to fast for 10 days, but lost the strength of self control after being stuck at home for a long time. This is why I cycle through varying lengths to help build up the mentality, and gradually ease myself back into longer fasts (currently on a 5-day fast).
Weight loss has been steady, I average around .5lbs lost in a day. It was higher, but as others here have mentioned - be mindful when you refeed. I wasn’t a couple of times, and it hampered my progress.

Good luck! Generally, I lose around a pound a day with fasting. It’s hard to tell without knowing your height and activity. But also, keep in mind that this is a process. You sound new, and you’re going to just have to see for yourself. I guess technically 3 months, but just go east on yourself.
