I did it for a few months in 2019, lost around 25 lb. Went to dr this January, I had gained back 5 of the 25 and I decided it was time to start again. I have been doing it since the end of January and I have lost 34lbs. Since I have started my fasting time has increased naturally and my window for eating has decreased. I have learned to listen to my body. I average 21-3 now. I am very strict M-F, lax on weekends
Officially since Oct 2020, and I’ve lost 20lbs in that time. Mostly in one month.

Unofficially, as in without knowing what IF was, I lost \~10lbs a few years ago by skipping breakfast and working out in the mornings.
Daily IF 35 lbs since Oct 2018. I’ve been up and down some bc of pandemic too. I’ve been adding some 36 hr fasts in recently and increased weightloss. Trying to go slowly so I keep it off. But would also like to increase some weight loss
Since the last week of February 2021, 45# lost so far. Edit to add, I also have less joint pain, my annual blood work results showed healthy levels in Triglycerides, cholesterol, etc. I am also no longer in the “pre-diabetic” range for the first time in more than a decade.
Few months, also took a month long gap in-between due to a death in the family.
Main priority is weight loss. I do not weigh myself as it makes me frustrated. I have lost some weight but there’s more to go.
2.5 months of doing it diehard, 7 days a week. Sometimes OMAD, mostly 20:4. I’m also walking/running about 10km per day, 6 days a week. About 22lbs lost so far and 5”. This is now a habit for me. Naturally I just consume less sugar, less bread, etc. because of my eating window. Really want to see how far I can take it :)
This time was since Nov 1 2020, but I’ve done it on and off for years. Last time I lost 20kg in 6 months with IF, but I didn’t really do it in a healthy way so I put it back on. This time I’m working on my cooking skills and snacking habits and doing it in a much healthier way so I think it’ll stick. 29kg down in 10 months.
