Hi! From what I’ve read or heard with weight loss normally every 10% of your body weight you lose tends to make a change in your face, and as you get smaller less and less weight loss is needed to make a change.
I have very similar stats I am 26F 5’3 started at 210 currently around 160. I first noticed a change in my face once I dropped closer to 25-ish pounds.Try taking pictures so you can see the changes on a monthly basis. Otherwise that you just gotta be consistent and patient!
Just eat at your caloric deficit, and every 20 pounds or so recalculate it to make sure you’re not overeating, and stick to you plan.
Besides your calories, make sure you’re getting good sleep, and work on any stress issues you may have. Add in an exercise program for added health benefits, too.
And most importantly, don’t give up.
