If you are just fasting to lose weight there’s a good chance you might gain it back when u start eating again. You can probably lose that weight in about 4 more days ish (maybe) but really try to watch how you eat after. (I’m not a medical professional)
You need to burn 3,500kcal to lose one pound of fat. So if you are working out you could conceivably lose 1lb per day. But that’s a 14 day fast to lose 14 lbs of fat, with workouts. You’ll start losing muscle too somewhere along the line, so I guess that will “help” your number of pounds lost. I, personally, would re-feed after 3-7 days and then start over again in a few days/a week.
