How much would I loose

So I’m starting my dry fast today I want to do it for a week alternating between wet and dry how much weight/fat would I permanently loose at the end my starting weight is 108lb

I would say to not focus on losing weight. You are at a minimal weight for a person over 12. If you are dissatisfied with the form of your body I’d say exercise in the form of stretching, yoga and maybe simple weight lifting would do you right. Intermittent fasting is great for maintaining weight, but if you want to change your physique make sure you’re eating plenty nutritious foods!
