From what I heart in general after a mid-long fast - protein, but preferably easy to digest protein like chicken.
Then after a few hours it should be just about anything but agree with the rest that it´s a great opportunity if you wanna try keto/carnivore or such low carb diet, especially if you want to continue some kind of intermittant fasting for weight loss. It will be a lot easier transition into the fasts.
After dry fasting, the body has cleansed itself of lots of trash from eating the SAD(standard American Diet) diet so to keep the body clean a clean plant based diet is recommended. To break the fast however it’s best to stick to fruits rich on water like watermelon, figs are usually a hit for me, oranges and peaches would also be good
Water or dry fasting my goto for longer than 24 hours are sunflower seeds. Just a small handful gets the system going and at 48 hours that plain ol salt feels like crack to my body insert the “Teeter Hangup “commercial guy jump here
