I visited a local store, but it says natural honey on every other bottle of honey, which is not quite the case...

Hey guys. A basic rule of thumb is that really honey forms crystals when exposed to cold. While fake honey doesn’t. If you see crystallised honey it’s probably the best quality just use a gentle water bath and it shall revert back. But obviously buying from a local beekeeper is the best policy.
