Rolling 48’s are basically 3 48’s a week eating at a small surplus every other day ( 2-4 h eating window).Same principle with 72’s.

Simple… Don’t eat anything every hour and wait for those 72 to be done, after that you gonna eat your meal, then you don’t eat anything for every hour until you reach the 72hrs mark again.Repeat the cycleWhile fasting drink as much snake juice as possible without getting diarrhea, you’ll figure out how much snake juice you need.Keep repeating the cycle until you get to your goal weight.
