So I've listened to a lot of Cole's videos. A few years back I tried making SJ and absolutely could not stand the salt water taste. I was a wimp and gave up. Now I recently started dieting and have found fasting much easier with the exception that I run out of fuel too early at the gym. Thinking that snake juice may help that, I purchased the packs first and will plan on making it later myself.
Does it matter how I get this down? Do I have to sip this throughout the day or can I chug it? Can I add lemon juice or anything to help with the taste? I remember a video of Cole explaining you can chug it with a few ounces of water and then drink a whole glass of water after if it helps getting it down? Simply put. It doesn't matter how you drink it as long as you get all tbe electrolytes in your system. I can't seem to find that video anymore, so maybe that isn't the case.
Any tips or tricks you can provide will be great!

I’m going to give you a great little life hack for snake diet fasting. You absolutely need to flavor the electrolytes. Personally I use Crystal Light. There’s a ton of low carb and no sugar options out there. Find one you like and make it to where you don’t taste the salt. Enjoy 😉 🐍

You said you bought the pouches, have you tried those yet? They taste far better than making it homemade IMO. Add a little lemon juice and cayenne pepper and it’s not the type of thing you’d choose to drink, but it’s not bad at all.

You can also just grab an electrolye zero calorie drink from the super market. Despite the fear mongering about artificial flavors, they actually are fine for fasting.
Re: “Hard gym work”, IMO (and Cole’s opinion too), you don’t need more than long slow walking to burn calories.
