How to eat after such a week?

Hi, so I was in the middle of nowhere for a week and accessing food was quite hard. I was overeating before that and I don’t know what happened but since a week I’ve been eating 2 apples and 3 carrots a day (also doing 23:1). I felt full and satisfied and my body has changed like never before. It has a huge positive impact on my mental health too. It’s a good thing because I really needed to lose a few pounds and detach myself from my bad eating behavior. But I’ll be back (permanently) in town this weekend and I’m afraid of the abundance of food everywhere. I’m afraid of jumping back to my bad old habits as soon as I can go to the supermarket. I know that eating that little isn’t sustainable but I’m afraid of gaining back all the weight. So I was wondering if you could give some recommendation on how to eat after such a week! Start reinforcing that routine (by repetition) each and every day, regardless of short term considerations.
