Your intake won’t be for appetite satiation, so you only need to fill your shaker with several ounces of water to mix the powder properly.
And if you’re already taking it, just start doubling your portions in the same amount of water.
I’m shooting for 200g/ day also. I use about 2 scoops of whey/ day. I skip breakfast then eat preworkout oats/ post workout shake then dinner later. Here’s plan for today. I add in fish 1-2 times / week too. It’s not perfect, but it’s all foods I like. macros
Its not just about the grams of protein as much as the quality…meaning how much of the protein your body actually can utilize…eggs one of the best sources…120 grams of high quality protein is enough for anyone…I don’t care what some text book may say
