I like to start sipping on some bone broth for the first 2-3 meals, slowly increasing the fat content by adding raw milk butter. From the 2nd meal on I will also have 2-3 raw quail eggs with my bone broth. After that I pretty much eat normal (carnivore) but slowly increase food portions and fat content depending on how I feel.
Bone broth has always been my absolute favorite for breaking any fast. It’s easily digestible and packed with nutrients and minerals when prepared right.
For the water, I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine soon, I’ve been there. For me it works best to go real slow. I go 200ml max. every 15min for the 1st hr, then see how I feel and adjust accordingly. Especially for the first few sips It helps to keep them in your mouth for a while to prepare the digestive system and get the water to body temperature.
