How to tolerate electrolytes on water fasts?

I have been working my way up to longer and longer fasts. Two, three, and most recently five days of fasting. It's not easy, but I *can* do it. In addition to dropping weight, there's some goals I have for overall health. I suffer from auto immune disease. My memory sucks. I used to be creative, but now I'm a boring normie. I want to get out of this rut.*** Which brings us to electrolytes. For my previous fasts, I took a potassium pill and a regular multi vitamin once a day. I'm guessing that's not enough, according to the FAQ. Since I have longer goals in mind here (14 days), I assume I will need to be better at keeping up with electrolytes. Guys, I totally despise drinking salt water. Every time I try to pour some salt into a tall glass, I can't get past a few sips. I don't know how you guys do that part. I can deal with all the other bits of fasting...being tired...being irritable...having to explain that you can't go get lunch with people...hell, I even started to drink coffee black, and enjoy it. I never drank coffee black. Always had a crap-ton of creamer in it. Tell me there's something water fast compliant other than drinking what tastes like pure sea water? ***Yes, I'm well aware that fasting may not be a miracle panacea. But I want to do *something* to improve my situation.

I use Mortons lite salt. I put a small amount like 1/2-1 tsp of it in a 2 Liter of water. It’s not like drinking salt water or “snake juice”. I’ll often add a little magnesium to it (magnesium citrate solution or magnesium carbonate). It’

Plain normal water seems “empty” to me now.

I am also struggling with the electrolyte consumption but it makes such a difference.

So far I think I prefer to dab it on my tongue throughout the day. Still not great but more enjoyable than drinking it and have a lot less digestive upsets that way. Bit like a salt lick. And then drink water separately.
